Love in the Bible
In our previous two articles, we investigated love in the Qur’an. We discovered that although Allah mentioned ‘love” in the Qur’an 82 times, the teaching of love as we ought to love was never mentioned once. What was astonishing to me is what kind of god Allah is. Muslims in the West repeat the lies that Allah is god without evidence from the Qur’an or from the sayings of Mohammed (hadith) to prove that Allah is god. All we hear over and over again is that we Muslims worship the same god of the Bible and believe in Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed. However, when we investigated the love of Allah in the Qur’an, we read in 61:4: Surely Allah loves those who engage in war in ranks for his sake,… That is not the God of the Bible who loves humanity, who hates war and those who engage in unjust war.
We also discovered that Allah does not love the transgressors, the vandalizers, the unjust, the proud, the betrayers, the rejoicing ones, etc. In simple words, Allah does not love sinners. Can this be said about the God of the Bible? The answer is absolutely not for the God of the Bible is loving to all sinners, and this concept is unknown to Mohammed and all Muslim believers, those who believe that Allah does not love sinners.
When we look at the reality of everyday life, we see that the God of the Bible loves all people the same as Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:45 that God “…your Father which is in heaven: for He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.” Do Muslim believers realize this fact which they can feel, see, and hear every day of their lives? This goes against all the verses of the Qur’an which teach that Allah does not love sinners and is a great internal evidence that Allah, the god of Mohammed, is not the God of the Bible.
There is no similarity whatsoever between Islam and Christianity as Muslims claim. One important difference between these two beliefs is the deity of Christ and the work of the cross. Muslims in the West may claim that they believe in Jesus. They also claim they believe in the virgin birth and the great teachings and miracles of Jesus. He was a good prophet, a good man, and a good teacher. If they truly believe in all this, we must judge them of being antichrist because denying the deity of Christ makes every Muslim an antichrist as we read in 2 John verse 7: For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
The second important difference between Christian and Muslim beliefs is that the Jesus of Mohammed (‘Isā) did not die on the cross. That makes Muslims a cursed people as we read in Galatians 1:8 in which the Apostle Paul wrote: But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
What gospel is this that Apostle Paul is talking about? It is the Good News of Christianity. And what is the Good News? It is John 3:16: For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Notice here that the God of the Bible loves the world, not the one who will fight for Him nor the righteous, the doers of good deeds, for there is none righteous, not even one. All those who live in the world are sinners, and because of the love of God, He sent His Son (that is Jesus Christ, God Almighty, who came in the flesh). Jesus did not come to this world to condemn the world but to save the world as it is written in John 3:17. If you believe that Jesus is God Almighty who came in the flesh, you will never be judged nor condemned, but you will have eternal life. This is the Good News of the Gospel. The Savior came, He died for our sins as a substitute, He was buried, and He rose from the grave on the third day. This is the message which Allah rejected in the Qur’an and Mohammed in the hadith. Not only that, but even worse. In the Qur’an, Allah called those who believe in this Good News “infidels” as it is written in Qur’an 5:72: Infidels, indeed, are those who said, “Surely Allah is the Christ, son of Mary...” In verse 73: Infidels, indeed, are those who said, “Surely Allah is the third of three…”
Allah (Satan) ordered Mohammed and Muslim believers to kill all those who believe in the love of God through His Son Jesus Christ as it is written throughout the pages of the Qur’an as in 47:4: So when you meet those who became infidels, so strike the necks (decapitating) until you have made a great slaughter among them. Equal to the Muslims are all the people of the West who do not know Christ as Lord and Savior, who changed the truth of the love of Jesus Christ coming in the flesh even though they celebrate “Christmas” every year with all the promotions they added to the true Christmas. They are cursed because they believe and preach another gospel for the only way we can be truly blessed is to know the true love of God through His Son, our Lord and our Savior Jesus Christ.
